General Refund Guidelines
Refunds will only be processed after receiving a valid cancellation confirmation. A cancellation is considered valid once you receive an email from Evrycard confirming that your order has been successfully cancelled. Upon confirmation, you will receive a full refund.
Custom Evrycard Models
- A full refund is available for cancellations made within 1-2 days of purchase. Cancellation requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
- If your product is determined to have an irreparable software or application malfunction, a full refund will be provided.
Standard Evrycard Models
Refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation:
- Within 30 Days: Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 30 days of purchase, covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- If your product experiences an irreparable software or application malfunction, we will provide a full refund.
Reprint Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a printed product, please contact us at [email protected], providing pictures of the product and a description of the issue. We will review your concerns and make necessary adjustments.
- In some cases, we may request that you return the product. Please do so only upon our request.
- If there is an error in production or you receive a product different from the approved proof, Evrycard will provide a reprint at no additional cost.
Note: Evrycard is not responsible for customer errors, misinterpretations, or failure to heed warnings included in artwork proofs. Please review your Artwork Proof carefully.
The Evrycard Promise
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy
- Evrycard oversees your order from placement through production and packaging. Once handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ends.
- If your order is damaged during shipping, you must address the issue with the shipping carrier directly.
- Orders returned to us as undeliverable will require a reshipment fee, which is 110% of the initial shipping charge.
- To avoid delivery issues, please include a phone number with your order.
Shipment Tracking Numbers
Because Evrycard custom-creates products for each order, shipment tracking numbers are only available after production is complete. Once provided, you can track your order with the carrier.
Turnaround Times
- Standard Evrycard Models: Delivered within 5-7 days of confirmed purchase.
- Custom Evrycard Models: Shipping times commence after the design process is complete.
If production delays occur, we will expedite shipping to ensure delivery as close to the estimated date as possible. Please note that delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and rare delays may arise due to quality control requirements necessitating a reprint.
Customs Policy for International Orders
Customs policies vary by country, and Evrycard is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs clearance. Customers are responsible for checking their country’s customs requirements and fees before placing an order.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
