If you create profiles for team members or staff, you confirm you have authority to represent them or your organisation.

5. Team dashboard (admin/user management)

6. Profile personalisation tools

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, as service interruptions can occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

4. Account Creation & Responsibilities

To use the digital platform, you must create an Evrycard account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep login details secure

• Not share your account access

• Ensure your content complies with these Terms

• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. User Content

You may upload or add:

• Branding

You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• Misleading or fraudulent

6. Physical Products (NFC Cards)

6.1 Printing & Colour Accuracy

Colours may slightly vary due to printing processes, screen differences, and material textures.
This is normal for all print products.

6.2 Durability

Evrycard NFC cards are water-resistant and durable, but damage caused by misuse, bending, scratches, or external factors is not covered.

6.3 Replacement Cards

Replacements are handled under our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

By purchasing from Evrycard, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

• You authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

• Orders are only fulfilled after successful payment.

8. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Your physical card does not need replacing if your contact details change.

All content on Evrycard — including:

• Branding

• Logos

• Icons

• Software

• Dashboard layout

• Templates

• Code

• Designs

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or reuse any part of our platform or materials without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Evrycard for:

• Illegal activities

• Scams or impersonation

• Data harvesting or scraping

• Misuse of NFC or QR features

• Reproducing our platform or designs

• Uploading offensive or misleading content

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

12. Analytics & Tracking

Evrycard provides analytics such as:

This data is for your personal/business use and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate due to factors outside our control (e.g., device settings, browser restrictions).

13. Availability & Service Changes

We aim to provide consistent service but cannot guarantee:

• No data loss

• Uninterrupted performance
